Besides excellent product quality BÖHLER Edelstahl is known for the high reliability of its distribution processes. By building a new high rack system in the warehouse, we have been able to take over the distribution of our materials in Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia as a HUB, and reduce lead times once again.
The modern high rack system contains 3,500 cassettes with a capacity for material up to 6 meters long and a weight up to 3,500 kilograms. Per year up to 100,000 order items are handled there.
About 40 saws and 9 milling machines manufacture approximately 50,000 sawing and milling order items directly in the warehouse.
