For our Preziflach processing, we obtain the flat steel from the Group’s own production in Austria. Our flat steel is manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities and is constantly subjected to strict quality controls, which ensure the optimum chemical composition of the materials. With our sophisticated multi-line rolling process, we ensure high dimensional accuracy and straightness to our pre-product. Because only excellently produced flat steel meets our requirements to produce precision flat steel for you according to your ideas and needs. Thanks to the Group’s own flat steel production, we offer short communication channels and fast, well-coordinated cooperation, which is a basic prerequisite for the economically optimal supply of our preliminary product flat steel. Only with us you can choose special dimensions from the entire steel portfolio and we will gladly manufacture according to your individual requirements.
The precision flat steel of the 1535° product range is produced in the surface grinding center. This manufacturing facility has an efficient production structure and high grinding capacities for the production of approximately 7,100 standardized articles of the 1535° product range, which are available for you from stock. Should you require an exceptionally high number of pieces or precision flat steel in special dimensions, our flat grinding center makes this possible, moreover with the shortest delivery times.

In addition to our outstanding 1535° product range, we offer more than 250 materials for a wide variety of applications.
Precision plates |
Precision plates are manufactured according to factory standard and precision machined in thickness. The width as well as length is milled and packed with decarburization free surface, rust protected. |
Hardened plates |
Hardened plates are manufactured in 250 mm width and 500 mm length according to factory standards and then quenched and tempered to 57 ± 1 HRC. The thickness is finely machined after heat treatment, which ensures a decarburization-free surface.
The hardened plates are stocked and delivered in rust-proof packaging. |
Standard bars |
Standard bars are manufactured according to factory standard in bars of 500 mm length, precision machined in thickness, sawn in width and milled in length and also with decarburization-free surface, rust-protected packaging. |
Eroding blocks |
Eroding blocks with standing fiber in the thickness. Soft annealed version with max. 255 HB.
Hardened to 61 ± 1 HRC and tempered at least 3 times. |
Ground round bars |
Ground round bars with a tolerance h8 and in bars 1000 mm long. |
